In-Store Pickup & Shopping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Gifts by Jessie Lynn! We are happy to offer in-store pickup at our Windsor, Ontario gift shop. Please review the following policy before placing your order.

How It Works

  • Select In-Store Pickup at checkout.
  • Select a time slot provided on the product page
  • You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.
  • Please wait for your pickup confirmation before visiting the shop — orders are not always immediately available.
  • Your order will be ready for pick up for the time you selected

Order Hold Policy

  • Orders will be held for 1 business day after your pickup notification.
  • WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS
  • If your order is not picked up within 1 day, we will contact you to make alternate arrangements and/or reschedule your time slot according to availability.

Payment

Payment is collected at checkout online. No additional payment is required at pickup.
